All characters start with a bandolier, a belt, pockets or an otherwise convenient location where they can store a few non-weapon items.
Characters may list up to four small consumable items such as; alchemical items, potions, scrolls or wands. Characters may draw an item as a swift action. This action does not provoke an attack of opportunity. Placing an item on your bandolier takes a move action and provokes an attack of opportunity. All other items are assumed to be in a backpack or other container and are a move action to retrieve. This action provokes an attack of opportunity.
Special: If you have the Quick Draw feat your bandolier can hold up to twelve items, and returning an item to it no longer provokes an attack of opportunity.
Note: This mechanic does not occupy a body slot.
